2. PRODUCT NATURE & DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

Nature of Goods: The items sold on Locevito are ‘hand-made tributes’ and ‘reverse-engineered’ goods intended for personal use, collection, and educational purposes only. They are NOT sold as authorized originals from the respective brand holders.

Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, materials, and images of our products. However, as these are hand-crafted items, minor variations in stitching, material grain, or weight may occur. These are not defects but characteristics of handmade items.

No Resale: By purchasing from Locevito, you agree that you are buying for Personal Use Only. You agree NOT to resell these items on secondary markets (such as StockX, eBay, or The RealReal) claiming they are authorized authentic goods. We assume no liability for customers who misrepresent goods to third parties.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & SHIPPING

Triangular Shipping: We employ specialized shipping routes to minimize customs risks. However, international shipping laws vary by country.

Legal Liability: While we offer reshipment policies as a courtesy (see FAQ), legally, the importer of record (the Buyer) is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Locevito is not responsible for delays caused by customs departments.

Taxes: Prices displayed do not include import duties or taxes. In the rare event that taxes are levied, they are the responsibility of the customer.

4. TERMS OF SALE

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. This is to ensure fair distribution of our limited Tier 1 inventory.

QC & Acceptance: For orders where Pre-Shipment Quality Control (QC) photos are provided: Once you approve the QC photos/videos, you acknowledge that the product condition is acceptable. Claims regarding visible aesthetics cannot be made after QC approval.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Locevito shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The service and all products are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Locevito or used with permission. You may not use our product images for commercial purposes without our consent.

Brand Disclaimer: Any brand names, trademarks, or logos mentioned are for descriptive and identification purposes only. Locevito is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any luxury brand owners.

7. INVOICING & CONTRACTS

Invoice Branding: Please note that all commercial invoices, receipts, and shipping manifests generated for your order will be issued under the legal entity ‘Locevito Atelier’. They will NOT mention, display, or reference third-party luxury brand names (e.g., ‘Hermès’, ‘Rolex’, ‘Chanel’) to comply with international trademark laws.

Generic Descriptions: For customs safety and discretion, line items on your invoice will use generic descriptors. For example, a specific brand model will be listed as ‘Leather Handbag’, ‘Men’s Timepiece’, or ‘Fashion Accessory’. The declared value may also differ from the purchase price for shipping purposes.

Contractual Status: Your purchase contract is strictly between you (the Buyer) and Locevito (the Seller). No contractual relationship is formed with any original brand holders.
