1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We offer free returns and exchanges for damaged or defective products.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

  • Cost: We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Procedure: Please email us at support@locevito.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

2. STANDARD RETURNS & EXCHANGES (CHANGE OF MIND)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (e.g., size doesn’t fit, or you changed your mind), you may return or exchange the item within [30] days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags, protective covers, and packaging (boxes, dust bags) intact.

    • Shoes: Must be tried on a soft surface (carpet) to prevent sole damage.

    • Watches: Links must not be removed, and the protective film must remain on the face.

  • Shipping Cost: For standard returns (non-defective items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
We aim to handle this as quickly as possible for you. To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@locevito.co.uk, or contact us via WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.
